This policy is meant only for genuine users who made a real effort to quit but still did not get results. If approved, the refund will apply only to the amount paid for the TQF plan, and not to any other products or services purchased based on our recommendations.

If you do not get results after following your personalized TQF quit-smoking plan with genuine and consistent effort during the defined eligibility period, you may apply for a refund as per the steps below.

Please note that quitting smoking depends heavily on your own effort, consistency, honesty, and willingness to follow the plan. TQF provides a science-backed, personalized method, but we do not control your actions, adherence, or decisions.

This refund policy is created only to support users who have made a real and honest effort but still did not get the expected result.

What “results” mean

For the purpose of this policy, “results” may include:

  • complete quitting, or

  • reduction in smoking, cravings, or dependency,

as reasonably expected based on your personalized plan and the time period defined for you.

Please note that results may vary from person to person depending on nicotine dependence, smoking history, behavior, consistency, and other personal factors.

Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for a refund only if all of the below conditions are met:

  • Purchased the eligible TQF paid plan / report / program directly from our official website or approved payment link.

  • Completed the full questionnaire honestly and accurately.

  • Followed the personalized plan given to you in a genuine and consistent manner for the full eligibility period assigned to you.

  • Used the recommended method, steps,products and instructions as advised in your personalized plan.

  • Maintained proper proof of effort, which may include check-ins, progress updates, call attendance, screenshots, forms, messages, or any other proof requested by TQF.

  • Attended the required follow-up calls, support calls, or review sessions, if these were part of your plan.

  • Cooperated with the TQF team when clarifications, updates, or progress reviews were requested.

  • Submitted your refund request within 3 days from the end of your assigned eligibility period.

  • Did not stop the plan midway without valid reason.

  • Did not hide, falsify, or misrepresent smoking behavior, usage, effort, or results.

Important Conditions

  • Quitting smoking is ultimately in your hands. TQF gives you a personalized, science-backed roadmap, but you must follow it sincerely for it to work.

  • Refunds will be considered only in cases where genuine effort was made but meaningful results were still not achieved.

  • This policy is not meant for people who buy the plan, do not follow it properly, and then ask for a refund.

  • This policy is also not meant for people who expect instant results without commitment, consistency, and honest effort.

What the refund covers

If approved, the refund will apply only to the amount paid for the eligible TQF plan / report / program.

This means that if you purchased any other items because they were recommended as part of your plan, those purchases will not be covered under this refund policy unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Ineligibility

You may not be eligible for a refund if:

  • you did not follow the plan consistently

  • you did not make a genuine effort

  • you stopped using the plan too early

  • you gave false or incomplete information

  • you ignored important instructions

  • you failed to attend required follow-ups or reviews

  • you did not provide reasonable proof of compliance when asked

  • you requested the refund after the allowed period

  • your case involved circumstances that made the original plan unsuitable, but you did not disclose them properly at the start

TQF reserves the right to decide whether the effort made was genuine, reasonable, and sufficient based on the records available.

How the refund review process works

  • Once your request is received, we will check whether all eligibility conditions have been met.

  • If the basic conditions are met, your case will be reviewed by our team.

  • We may ask for additional details, proof of effort, progress records, or a review call before making a decision.

  • The final decision will be based on whether you made a genuine and sufficient effort and still did not get the expected result despite following the plan properly.

  • The decision taken by TQF will be final.

Final decision

Please note:

  • The refund policy is created to help and protect users who made real efforts but still did not get results.

  • It is not a no-questions-asked refund.

  • It is not a guarantee that every user will be refunded if they fail to quit.

  • The final decision of TQF after review will be final, binding, and non-negotiable.
